Beach lovers will appreciate being able to walk 5 steps out the front door onto private Moody Beach.  There is a great view from everywhere in the house!  

We are located between Wells and Ogunquit, off Route 1.  Centrally located with fine dining in both directions.

Coffee and tea are served each morning on the spacious glassed-in sun porch which allows you to enjoy the beach rain or shine.  There is also a back deck overlooking Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge.  

Our home was built in the 1920s and provides 3 comfortable rooms, each with cable TV, private sink, and king or queen size bed.  Two shared bathrooms are available.  A common kitchen is available for light meals.  Children over 12 are welcome.  No pets, please.  Smoking outside only.  Beach chairs provided. 

Guest room rentals, which are from mid-April through June 1 and October 1 through mid-November, allow you to stay with us for one night or many.

This spectacular seaside home is available for weekly rentals from June 1 through September 30.
